Appointment Policies
To ensure excellence in our services, maintain a safe environment, and respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask you to take into consideration the following policies:
1. Punctuality
Punctuality is essential. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Mandatory Deposit
To book any service, a prior deposit is required. The amount will vary depending on the selected treatment. This deposit will be deducted from the total on the day of your appointment. Without a deposit, your appointment will not be reserved.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit, which cannot be transferred to another date.
4. Children in the Salon
For safety reasons and to maintain a professional and distraction-free environment, children are not permitted in the salon. Many of our services involve the use of chemical products, specialized tools, and heated equipment, making it essential to preserve a calm and secure atmosphere.
